In-person Therapy for Healing & Growth

Meet April

For over two decades, it has been my honor and privilege to work alongside clients during some of their most vulnerable moments as they work toward meaningful change. I work with adults facing a variety of life struggles including: trauma, accidents, high functioning anxiety, depression, family conflict, sexual or gender identity concerns and grief/loss.

I facilitate a collaborative relationship with clients that is centered in empathy, acceptance, and nonjudgement. I believe that my clients are the experts on themselves and my role is to  support your growth and healing.

Invest in yourself

Sometimes past experiences or trauma can lead us to neglect our relationship with ourselves. It’s time to prioritize your healing to move past painful issues from the near or distant past so that you can live a more fulfilling life. Therapy can be the first step.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." ~Carl Rogers
